How we work
Six stages, no surprises.
Every project moves through the same named stages. Each one has a definition of done, and each step says whether it is waiting on you or on us.
The stages
From brief to care.
Every project moves through the same named stages. You always know which one you are in, what happens next and whose move it is.
- 01
Brief
A short conversation about the business, the problem and what a good result looks like.
- 02
Scope
What we will build, what we will not, and what it costs, written down before anything starts.
- 03
Concepts
Screens and flows you can react to. Nothing is coded until the concept is approved.
- 04
Build
Working software in regular releases, reviewed with you against the scope.
- 05
Launch
Domains, stores, hand-over and the checks that prove it is live and working.
- 06
Care
Monitoring, updates and support, with the same clear view of what is happening.
Your dashboard
You see what we see.
Every customer has a dashboard: the stage each project is in, the next milestone, what needs your approval and the record of what was decided. Documents, concepts and releases live there too.
It replaces the long email thread, not the conversation.

Questions
How the stages work in practice.
What happens at the brief?
A conversation, usually under an hour, about the business and the problem. We write up what we heard and what we would suggest, and you tell us where we are wrong.
What if the scope changes?
It usually does, a little. Changes are written down, priced if they need to be, and agreed before they are built, so the scope always matches the work.
Can we stop after concepts?
Yes. Concepts are a deliverable in their own right. You can take them to another team or come back later.
Have a project in mind? Let us talk it through.
Tell us what you are trying to achieve. We will reply with questions, not a sales pitch, and say honestly whether we are the right fit.
